Spinach pesto

INGREDIENTS

250 g fresh spinach leaves

70 g sunflower seeds

1/4 dl oil

40 g parmesan cheese

Juice from ½ lime

One clove of garlic

Herb salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Rinse the spinach. Blend all ingredients to a smooth, thick paste. Add lime juice and herb salt to taste. Add extra oil if a more runny consistency is wanted.
